Just PCS'd to Millington. We got our dream home all thanks to Cheryl! It's scary doing a move without being there or seeing the house in person but she put us at ease and reassured us about our concerns before sending any deposit or fees. The home we got wasn't available when we wanted it but when it luckily became available again we were the first she called before putting it back on the market. Her experience and knowledge of military relocation was extremely helpful, she understood what we were going through and did everything she could to make it as easy as possible. She was so patient with us and even provided us with other resources to help us adjust. She always got back to us in a timely manner and would even send a text if she was unavailable and let us know she saw our call and that she would get back to us soon, which she always does. Even after a personal tragedy she STILL made sure she was the one to meet us at the house when we got into town, and when we got there she was already there waiting for our arrival. She is just the biggest blessing, considerate, punctual, caring and such a pleasure to talk with. We highly recommend her to anyone for anything. God has truly blessed our family over the past couple of months. Its amazing and we are incredibly grateful. Matt and I decided that we wanted to sell our rental house and the house we are in and move back closer to church, family, work and the kids schools. It was overwhelming to think about doing all of that but we agreed that we would pray about it and turn it over to God. We did and do daily and here's what has happened. He led us to an outstanding realtor that has gone above and beyond. She has gotten to know our family personally and the reasons why we want to sell and move. She has prayed for us and with us. We first met with her on May 30th. She listed our rental house on July 8th, we got a full price offer on July 9th and signed the contract on July 10th. On July 12th I just happened to look on the Crye-Leike site (I had looked at a lot of realtor sites but had not looked at their site until now) and found a house that had everything we were looking for. The picture posted here. I called our realtor early yesterday. The house had actually gone on the market on the 12th. The day I saw the listing. She scheduled a showing. Me, my mom, Abbie and Waylon went to see it and it was perfect for us. Someone else was looking at it after us so our amazing realtor met me at her office, worked up an offer, presented it and it was accepted within a few hours. I, without any doubt, fully believe and know that God has answered our prayers. As crazy and overwhelming as this has all been, I have felt a sense of calm from day one. God provided me with that. Closings have to be done next month and anything can happen between now and then but we continue to leave it in Gods hands. Can't go wrong with that 🙏 Thank you to our family and friends who pray for and support us. We truly appreciate it!!!!
